What we keep when you claim a piece
- Your email address.
- What you are building, only if you write it in the optional box.
- Which piece you claimed.
- The link tag in the address you came from (for example
?ref=x), if there was one. - The consent line you ticked, its version and the time you sent it.
Why
To send you one email asking you to confirm, and once you confirm, emails about new Fluxora Elements pieces. The code itself is on the page as soon as you send the form.
The basis is your consent: the box you tick. You can withdraw it any time by unsubscribing.
Who handles it for us
Brevo (brevo.com) keeps the email list and sends the emails for us, as our processor.
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare sees your IP address when your browser asks for a page. To stop repeated sends, the claim form holds your IP address, and a one-way fingerprint of your email, in memory for a few minutes. Neither is written to storage, and your IP address is never sent to Brevo.
What we don't do
No cookies, no tracking or advertising scripts, and nothing loaded from other sites. Your email is never sold.
To see which steps work, the page counts views, presses of Claim, sends, copies and similar steps, per piece, with no cookie and nothing that identifies you.
Unsubscribe, see or delete
Every email about new pieces has an unsubscribe link: one click and you get no more. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to [email protected].
